Refund policy
We want every SOULY4CHRIST garment to arrive in the condition it was intended to be worn.
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from fragrance, stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Because SOULY4CHRIST pieces may be released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or replacement item will be available. If an exchange cannot be completed, store credit or a refund may be offered once the returned item is approved.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final sale status will be clearly stated before purchase.

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is approved, we will work to replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund depending on the situation and product availability.
